Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 24 hours of the event.

You may be able to make changes that you wish to your order until 5 days prior to the pick up time on your written order form. We cannot guarantee any changes to size, or flavors will be available if changes are made within 5 days.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of the event.

All cancellation refunds are subject to a 35-50% fee depending on circumstances: Life is Sweet will retain 35-50% of the price of the order to cover costs incurred.

Pick-up disclaimer

If you choose to pick up your order and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the order once it has left the bakery. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the box/boxes. We do everything in our power to provide well-structured packaging, but please note that pastries/cupcakes are very fragile, so drive carefully and slowly.

Once the order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage occurring to the packaging during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
